Terms and Conditions - Spifix IT Solutions
These terms and conditions govern your use of services provided by Spifix, an IT company offering digital marketing, branding, advanced networking, and website development solutions in India and UAE. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Services Offered:
Spifix offers a range of IT services, including but not limited to digital marketing, branding, advanced networking, and website development. The specifics of each service will be agreed upon in individual service contracts or agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate and relevant information to Spifix for the successful execution of services. Any delays or inaccuracies caused by the client may impact project timelines and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided by Spifix shall remain the property of Spifix. Clients shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any deliverables without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, client data, and project-related information.

5. Payment Terms:
Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in the service contract. Clients shall make payments as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of services.

6. Project Timelines:
Spifix will strive to meet agreed project timelines. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, timelines may be subject to change. Spifix shall communicate any such changes promptly.

7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party. Any payments due up to the termination date shall be settled within 30 days of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Spifix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The total liability of Spifix shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation and mediation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Amendments:
Spifix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
