1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Digital Marketing Services:

Customers may cancel digital marketing services within 3 days of the contract start date for a full refund.

1.2 Website Development:

Cancellation requests for website development projects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project initiation. A cancellation fee may apply based on the project's progress.

1.3 Branding Services:

Cancellation of branding services is permitted within 5 days of the project commencement, and a refund will be issued minus any incurred expenses.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Digital Marketing Services:

Refunds for digital marketing services will be processed if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

2.2 Website Development:

Refunds for website development projects will be considered based on the project's status. A percentage of the project fee may be refunded, taking into account work completed and expenses incurred.

2.3 Branding Services:

Refunds for branding services will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy. Any expenses already incurred during the branding process will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Process for Cancellation:

Customers must submit a written request for cancellation via email to info@spifix.com. The request must include the client's name, project details, and the reason for cancellation.

4. Exceptions:

4.1 Force Majeure:

Spifix reserves the right to modify or cancel services in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.
